Verify a draw
Every draw publishes a complete record: what was fixed beforehand, when sales closed, which public randomness was used, and the result that was signed. You do not have to take the operator’s word for it.

A draw that is still on sale or on air has a record too. It simply is not complete yet, and says so.
Two different proofs
The draw record
Shows how the result was generated: a seed the operator committed to in advance, public randomness taken after sales closed, and a result that was signed before it was shown. Anyone can recompute it.
An inclusion proof
Shows that one specific entry or ticket was part of the entry set that was locked when sales closed. It proves membership only. It plays no part in selecting a winner.
